With an MSc in Psychology of Individual Differences from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Psychology from Madras University, I bring both breadth & depth to my practice. I specialize in mixed methods research, AI & strategy consulting, innovation facilitation, and capability building.
Currently a Principal Consultant at Fractal, I've led transformation roadmaps, conducted primary and secondary research to generate insights, and enhanced ROI for enterprise leadership while evangelizing new ways of problem-solving for C-suite, executives & department heads.
