I work at the intersection of Data, Engineering, Design & Behavioral Science, leading teams to solve complex problems for Fortune 500 companies. My work spans across multiple disciplines-applying behavioral science, cognitive neuroscience, and design strategy to shape better decision-making across industries including CPG, Retail, Technology, Media, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

With an MSc in Psychology of Individual Differences from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Psychology from Madras University, I bring both breadth and depth to my practice. I specialize in mixed methods research, AI & strategy consulting, innovation facilitation, and capability building-delivering solutions with intelligence, emotion, speed, and scale.

Currently Principal Consultant at Fractal, I've led transformation roadmaps, conducted primary and secondary research to generate insights, and enhanced ROI for enterprise leadership while evangelizing new ways of problem-solving for C-suite, executives & department heads.
