TLDR: This paper was a result of a cross-country, cross-cultural study on intelligence, personality and moral foundations, and their role in group performance on a variety of tests. We were exploring what determined the performance of a group (of strangers) on a variety of intelligence tests, and what determines the elusive “collective” aka “c-factor” of underlying intelligence in a group.
